Egg whites: 8


Fat free milk: ѕ cup


Fresh minced basil: 1 tbsp


Fresh minced rosemary: 1 tbsp


Fresh minced chives: 2 tbsp


Fresh minced parsley: 1 tbsp


Olive oil: 1 tbsp


Red bell peppers, diced: 1 cup


Fresh sliced mushrooms: 1 cup


Sliced onions: 1 cup


Minced garlic: 2 cloves


Breads without crust: 4 slices


Scallions: 1 cup


Low fat cottage cheese: 1 cup


Preparation


Preheat the oven up to 350 degrees F. Beat the egg whites in a bowl and keep aside. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute peppers, mushrooms, scallions and garlic for four minutes. Keep the bread slices in a large casserole dish and add the remaining ingredients. Pour mixture of eggs on the bread. Then add all the cooked vegetables. Bake for half an hour until the omelet puffs up and appears set.

Green beans: 250 g


Water: 2 tbsp


Butter: 1 tbsp

Preparation


First break the ends of the beans into two-inch pieces. Keep the beans in a saucepan and add water, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Put a cover on the saucepan and boil it. Drain it. Pour butter and toss so that the butter melts. Top it with toasted almonds and serve.

Eggs: 2


Skim milk: 3/4 cup


Water: 1/3 cup


Granular fructose: 2/3 cup


Sugar-free vanilla pudding (not instant): 0.8 ounce


1 unbaked pie shell: 9-inch


Chopped pecans: 1/4 cup


Grape-Nuts cereal: 1/2 cup


Preparation


Preheat oven to 350° F. Mix water with fructose and boil over low heat for 5 minutes and keep it to cool. Add dry pudding into fructose mixture and mix with skim milk and eggs. Mix all ingredients well. Then, pour the mixture into pie shell, sprinkle pecans and grape-nuts on top and bake for 30 minutes, until the top is firmly set. Cut it after one or two hours.
