Prepared mustard - Ѕ cup


Honey - ј cup

Procedure


First, take a large bowl and combine buttermilk and chicken in it. Keep the bowl in the refrigerator and let the chicken marinate for about 30 minutes. After that, drain the buttermilk and keep aside the tender chicken. Preheat the oven to 375 degree Fahrenheit. Add paprika, sugar, salt and cornflakes, in a food processor container and blend the mixture until the cornflakes are chopped finely. Then, pour this cornflakes mixture over the chicken in the bowl and toss the chicken to coat completely. Take a baking dish and coat it with cooking spray. Place the coated chicken in the baking dish and bake it in preheated oven for about 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the sauce for chicken by combining honey, ginger and mustard. Serve this sauce with cooked chicken.
